Practitioner Health Programme are offering well-being support - www.practitionerhealth.nhs.uk/

This programme has been created by Health Education England e-Learning for Healthcare (HEE e-LfH) in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic.

During this challenging time, the BMA wellbeing support services are available to all UK medical students and doctors, regardless of membership, 24/7 and free of charge

NHS staff have been given free access to a number of wellbeing apps from now until the end of December 2020 to support their mental health and wellbeing - www.nhsemployers.org/covid19/health-safety-and-wellbeing/support-available-for-nhs-staff

This is a useful app for smartphones, they are currently allowing access to this for free during this time. The password is TOGETHER. - www.actcompanion.com/

The compassionate mind foundation has some great resources to explore. - www.compassionatemind.co.uk/resources/audio

Headspace is a science-backed app in mindfulness and meditation, providing unique tools and resources to help reduce stress, build resilience, and aid better sleep. Free access to all NHS staff with an NHS email address is available until 31 December 2020 and is active now - www.headspace.com/nhs
